I would look into a Citizen eco-drive diver. Specifically, I'd look at a either a BN0000-04H 300m Diver or one of the Infusion divers like a BN0040-00A 300m.

They're inexpensive, but are built with quality. They will run nearly forever, and will be quite accurate (being a quartz). The lume is killer on both, and the dials make them very easy to read. Both look good on leather or fabric straps too. The BN0000-04H has a 20mm lug width, and I just put mine on a Di-Modell Jumbo...it looks just perfect. The BN0040-00A has a 22mm lug width, so I've got that on a leather backed fabric strap from Paros.

Thank you guy's I went with a
SEIKO AUTOMATIC SS LEATHER MEN 100 m SNKF09K1. It has the white face and is very easy to read.
