I think I'm going to go with the option of using Loc-Tite thread locker to fix my stripped screw hole problem on my Ti Eco-Zilla. The screw size is M2-.4 pitch. Any suggestions on which model number Loc-Tite to use? I'd still like to have the option of removing the screws if I ever want to go back to the stock rubber strap. I know Loc-Tite makes "removable" thread locker. Any help? Thanks! ~Chris

Have you tried investing in taps to chase the thread and see if it clears? You could even tap all the Holes and go to the next size up screw. I dont have a zilla anymore so I cant look at mine to see if Im on the same page as you. I buy all my small taps from https://www.riogrande.com/home/ you have to have an account, but thats easy enough. Cheers Look in the watch tools section Last edited on Wed Sep 24th, 2008 01:12 pm by hucky |
