Has anyone witnessed the Swiss Ronda Quartz Movement second hand, hit between the hash marks from 12:00 to 6:00, but when sweeping back from 6:00 to 12:00 hit dead on? And no, I wasn't high!!! :D

This is common behaviour for many quartz movements.  However, I have three Citizens that are dead on all the way around.

All of mine are dead on but, I have a Tag with an ETA that does that, so I wouldn't worry about it. It might be that the dial is off too.
