SeaPro is an entry-level brand for Oceanaut watches. So far as I know, it is strictly a TV brand for JTV (despite the Watch Commander babbling about how they are found in brick and mortar stores - I couldn't find any). That being said, I own their World Racer, also a black IP diver, same size case, but with a Swiss ETA 2824 movement. I would say that the fit and finish are surprisingly good and so far, the black IP has been very durable. Luminescence is very good.
I bought mine used on the Bay, and when I received it, I found that the seller had sized the watch and had not included the missing bracelet links in the package. When it turned out that he didn't have them, I contacted Oceanaut Watch Group for help. Their customer service was exemplary. While they did not give me the links, they sold me what I needed for $5.00 per link and a total of $10.00 S&H. Upon receipt of my check, they called me to let me know the links were shipping and confirmed it by mail. The links arrived promptly and in good shape.
Looking at the picture on JTV, it appears that the bracelet, like mine, is held together with screws rather than friction pins - a nice touch in a reasonably priced watch. I own a number of watches that use the Miyota 8215 movement. They're not pretty, but they are reliable. Based on my experience, you won't be sorry if you buy this watch. Good luck.
