Hi everyone, Just got this new invicta 8926 with the sea scaloped shaped bezel. It does rotate in one direction as advertised. I discovered this when I pulled out the crown and set the watch. My question as a novice to you is do I have to unscrew the crown in order to rotate the bezel ? I know this is a very elementary question for you, but for me this is my first automatic watch. I don't know what took me so long to buy one. Thanks. Steve

Actually, the bezel only roatates counterclockwise and its use as a diving timer means that the crown should always be screwed in except for setting or manually winding for water resistance. The bezel turns independant of the crown position.

Thanks for the reply. This is my first automatic divers watch and I think it is great. I just rotated the bezel counterclockwise and it was clicking at every stop. When I thought about my question after posting, it seemed to make sense that the crown would have to be screwed in if you were doing this in the water. Steve

Steve Clicking at every stop is what it is supposed to do, no worries there.
