Hi. I just met Skipdawg on the board, and it turns out I only live a few miles from him, in the Seattle area.
I'm hoping someone can recommend a competent watchmaker near here who can touch up some scratches on a brushed stainless steel case and band. I asked Skip, and he referred me to a guy we are both familiar with in the local mall. I'm waiting to hear back from him whether he does any case refinishing.
In the meantime, does anyone here have experience with someone in the Seattle area who does this kind of work? I know some of you are comfortable doing this yourself with a Scotchbrite pad, etc. But I'd rather pay a professional to do it right the first time--not to fix my mess.
