Has anyone pre-ordered this watch? It is the Debaufre Ocean-1 special edition. I don't know anything about the drinkmaster, but the color combination looks quite vintage. Any thoughts? I am thinking of ordering it, but not too sure if it is too much of a novelty.... |

I like it....Zane is the host/Drinkmaster on the cable show "3 Sheets" where he travels to different countries to try their spirits and gets wasted....great show and the watch is fitting if you have ever watched and Pleepleus is a stuffed animal monkey he takes with him hand6.gifhand6.gif http://www.fanpop.com/spots/three-sheets/images/573034 |

Yes I am going to pre-order it. Zane is a funny and a good guy, I went up to Hollywood for his "Zano-de-Mayo" party on May 2, it was a blast. Hmmm... also, I just checked it out and the dial says "Swiss Mechanical" -- anyone else here think that quartz is not "mechanical"? I'm usspecting he designed the dial during the show... Still, I may buy one just for the glow in the dark monkey. Can't ever have enough glow in the dark monkeys. |

So when you wear this watch you will be drinking alot |

Regarding the dial - yes, some of the early mockups showed "swiss mechanical" when referencing the quartz, that will be resolved, of course, in production, and I think the pics on the website are now corrected. Regarding the quartz, there will also be an auto 2824 version coming as well, something for everyone... hand6.gif |
