so I really like the chase-druer SPECIAL FORCES 1000XL but I think 800 for a quartz chrono is over priced. does anyone know where to get a quartz chrono that is PVD with bracelet? Yeah I know its not hard, but I was thinking there might be some brands that are not that common that are favoured by this forum. the vostok is SWEET!

Luminox might also be a good choice. It's a quartz brand with many military applications and surely in PVD too.:)
