Seeing as we all have a love of watches in common, how "on time" are you? How important is the concept of time in your everyday existence? |

I hate to be late anyplace. My folks and the Navy taught me to always try my best to arrive early. The only thing I ever want to be late for is my own funeral. If a decade or 2 late no biggy. :D |

On time i agree about wasting others time. Really hate it when others are late for appointments and waste my time. |

While I was in the USAF as a Special Ops Pilot (see my avatar) being on time to the second was critical!!! hand6.gif But, now that I'm retired I arrive to the important appointments a little early. The less important functions I get there when I get there. woohoo.gif Although, I hack the watch I'm going to wear for the day each morning using the Atomic clock in Boulder, Colorado. I guess some habits are going to be with me for the rest of my life. cool10.gif |

Depends if I'm going alone or with my wife. If I'm alone I'm up to a half hour early. If I'm going with the wife 30 minutes to an hour late. |

It seems were all sticklers for being on time. I hate being late, even if it's beyond my contyrol, I still feel I did not plan properly. I also hate people who can't keep appointments with me on time.watch2.gif |

I too hate being late, but sometimes its beyond my control. However, I do call ahead just to let people at work that I'll be a few minutes behind. |

Being late drives me crazy, especially when it is beyond my control (traffic etc.) My old boss used to tell me, "Griff, 5 minutes early is 10 minutes late" :D He was a retired Lt. Col., USAF and he really went nuts when someone was late. Cheers, Griff |

I was brought up with the philosophy that being punctual is a way to show respect. I'm not taking any chances, so always make sure I have a dependable timepiece at hand! Now things would go really well if my wife shared the same sentiments about being punctual.....................coyote2.gif |

I am in the same boat. Whenever I am going somewhere I can get myself and the kids there on time. If my wife is involved we are a hour hour late!!! Drives me nuts even after 14 years of marriage. |
