I have worn this g shock everyday at work for more than a year now.  I own and work in a transmission shop so it takes a beating and have not had any trouble.

I'm retired so I wear what ever watch screams at me and says "wear me today"!  subtlelaugh.gifsubtlelaugh.gifsubtlelaugh.gif  If I'm taking my 10 year old daughter to the pool I'll always wear one of my divers, though.  When I was working (USAF SOF pilot) I wore my Tag Heuer 2000 or my Seiko Sport Diver.  They are both quartz watches but I needed the accuracy of a quartz because of my job requirement to be on time anywhere!  woohoo.gif

Cool post Zdiver45, I hope more 3T'ers jump in on this one, cheers.   ThumbsUp02.gif

By NMRs do you mean Nuclear magnetic resonance? If so not that high however the print engines I work with have caused some"nice high" end watches to malfunction requiring demagnetising whereas my old Bostok takes all in its stride.

I  tend to cycle through three watches at work.

1) Panerai 124

2) SeaDweller

3) D.freemont Barcelona.

I am in Marketing so wearing a nice watch helps.

I work in the Diagnostic Imaging Department of a hospital running a PACS (Picture Archival Communication System). For the most part I am out of direct patient care but do have an occasion to work with the odd modality (MRI, CT, DX, US) and my stock in trade is the server/workstation. So, I can wear just about what I want when I want.Thumbsup3.gif I spend a fair deal of time interfacing with radiologists, surgeons and administration so there are times I'll go for something a little more top shelf shall we say?subtlelaugh.gif

What I post in the daily thread is actually what I wear. No hangar queens for me and I'll always show ya' what I've got on.;)

I normally wear my suunto vector to work cause it's what they gave me. My old G-shock battery went tango uniform and the vector is a bit lighter.

Hey Stormin, wasn't it "Pave Low leads the way"?

When I'm back teaching school in August, I plan to wear a different watch EVERY DAY!  That way I can rotate ALL my watches.

Now my plan is to have a month's worth of watches.  Wait!  I'm almost there!  Need to buy more!  (Cheap Citizen Eco drive chrono on Canvas incoming!)
