After a little saving and a timely bonus check i am in a unique position to actually purchase a grail, free and clear. UTS 1000m bauhaus dial with bracelet OR Sinn U1 on bracelet Im struggling here, as both are simple divers that i have swooned over for quite a while.....little help? Chooing between 2 is rough. I called UTS and he has 2 1000m left..one bauhaus..and one black bezel. and only 30 bauhaus made it to us shores. where as the U1 will, for the most part, always be out there.. what would my fellow WIS do.. sigh |

Easy choice for me: Sinn U1. Revolutionary and virtually-indestructible Vitton seals, tangented bezel similar to submarine hull steel quality, a company chairman obssessed with quality and with a tendency to overbuild.....It's SINN U1, amigo!smile8.gif It's ok to be a SINNer in this case  . I'm not taking anything away from the UTS, however. |

While I am a huge fan of anything Bauhaus (its in the blood), I would have to say the U1. I think they look smashing on the bracelet and of course it is just a top notch diver. |

Congrats on saving up enough dough so that you can purchase a terrific new watch!!! cool10.gif I believe you should get the one that you like the most because in the end you are the one wearing and admiring it. :) I just noticed that Sinn has announced a price increase starting 1 Sept and they are using the drop in the dollar to Euro exchange rate as the basis for a large increase! :X If you decide to buy the Sinn hopefully you'll be able to make your purchase before the price increase takes effect. They both look like awesome dive watches to me so either way you'll pick a winner.  Not that it matters but I personally would buy the Sinn. hand6.gifhand6.gif Be sure and let us know which watch you decide on buying and then post some cool pictures of it, cheers. woohoo.gif |

For me, their attraction is their value, so a higher price would make them less attractive by a lot. Well congrats the the originator on that snazzy new watch! :D |

sinn on strap is incoming..they sold out of the bracelet model. whether you purchase the bracelet with or without the watch, the cost is the same...for now |
