I received an invitation from the "Swiss Watch Gallery" here in Socal to go to an event with watchmaker and adventurer Michael Kobold.

Mr. Kobold will give an audio-visual presentation about his recent ascent of Mount Everest with Sir Ranulph Fiennes and the U.S. Navy SEAL training that preceded their successful climb. - From the invitation.

FYI... I sold my Kobold SEAL a while ago.

Looks like free drinks. hand6.gif

Don't know if I should go.

Gotta go bud...doesn't matter in the slightest that you sold your Seal, you bought and enjoyed it right? Any watch nut would love to have the opportunity. Enjoy the show.
