This looks mighty stealthy to me...

From the Fortis site:

State of the art and the most sophisticated design statement to wear:
The FORTIS B-42 BLACK BLACK. Presented for the first time in spring in Basel, this watch will not only appeal to purists among the watch lovers. The Titanium case, coated black in PVD, houses
a Swiss automatic movement with day/date indication (20 bar/200 m water-resistant).

The decent look of the luminous elements of hands and bezel in combination with numerals and indices results from the black Superluminova luminous coating. The sapphire crystal,
anti reflective coating on both sides, is seized by a divers' turning bezel, which is adjustable
with 120 notches in steps of half a minute.

With reference to the limitation of 2012 watches of the B-42 BLACK BLACK FORTIS refers to its 100th anniversary coming up in 2012.

Very sweet Pax...hearteyes.gif thanks for sharing!!ThumbsUp02.gif

The B-42 MarineMaster is a very solid, well designed watch by Fortis and definitely one of my favs...

bigrusty - One thing to note with the B-42 MarineMasters from Fortis...the case diameter is 42mm, but the bezel diameter is 44mm as it overhangs the case.  It has a nice wrist presence IMO...now take that with a grain of salt since I know you like your watches big!!

There's a big trend of those all black watches... Maybe some guys can start with "I'm not racist, my watch is black!" Hehehehe! Well, well, I like them: It gives a mystic look and I will certainly buy me one of those models one day:cool:... The perfect watch for any Black-Metalist who's soooo evil!:Dyourock.gif

Thanks, Chris. That's good info. It really looks great and I like the cocktail of Ti and PVD. 2 tough materials surely aid the watch's collectibility value and uniquenessyourock.gif
