Hi everyone!

just a reminder that the finale of the big week-long Invicta event kicks off today (Saturday) at 6p east - 3p west, with Jill and myself.  Details coming in, but it looks like there will definitely be some special offers, including some Once Only's, which means the lowest price that will ever be offered, guaranteed!

Should be a great close to a wonderful event; please join me if you can!

Tim

ok Tim

I just got the big one (top pic) last night and WOW it is HUGE!! I have personally NEVER seen a watch that big, let alone put one on my wrist!! I just sat it on my wrist still wrapped in all the protective plastic and took pics of it next to the Benarus Moray to give you all an idea of the size!!:D I mean seriously, who can wear something that big!! ah ah! I just cracked up when I saw it.. I expected big  and I got HUGE!!

I have to either sell it to someone who likes big watches quick or return it..mistake.gif

Beautiful though, great dial and color combo IMO!!

check this out...

check out the size of those .. lugs!!!!!

ANYONE wants this monster?subtlelaugh.gif

Oh man...Brice...Your post made me chuckle a bit...not because I'm laughing "AT" you, but can definitely sympathize with your reaction to your newly delivered MONSTER Invicta.

I bought an Invicta Corduba Ibiza Diver from one of the shopnbc shows one time and imagine my reaction looked alot like yours when I opened that bright yellow box and saw the size of that thing!!!!  It was listed as a case diameter of 53mm and the lug-to-lug ended up being something in the realm of 63-65mm  if my memory serves me correctly.  I didn't know whether to use it as a weapon or to tell time :D....Anyway...that one gave me a reality check on what I will reasonable wear on my average 7.25" wrist!!! (I promptly returned it).  I've concluded that the hosts of these shows have "much larger than average" to "gorilla" sized wrists and can make these monsters look like regular sized watches on tv.

I'm definitely not dogging on those that like their watches big and substantial (and there are definitely those that have wrists that can pull it off)....I'm just not one of those, and timepieces are a very personal thing...so hey, to each his own.watch2.gif
