Congratulations on a truly outstanding Tudor restoration...the results are absolutely spectacular!!! 

I am very happy for you, as being able to restore a truly sentimental piece like this back to it's former glory has to be extremely rewarding.

Thanks so much for sharing the details of this very long road to refurbishment nirvana...I think that the $1k invested (along with much time and effort) has yielded something truly priceless for you!!!

Graham - the vintage cars are a bit like these old watches, aren't they. There can be nothing more rewarding than returning them to their former glory, and adding your own twist to their history.
