Over the last few days, I have seen Perrelet watches in some sales forums, at a big discount.

Less than 1K for a Swiss watch with small seconds and big date appears as a pretty good price.

Anyone knows about the brand?

Don't have one but have been checking them out for about 3 or 4 years. Said to be a rather good Swiss watch. You can get some good deals on them on the forum sales boards as you have noticed. Look at the retail and you'll see just how good a deal. I have heard nothing negitive on the brand.

Perrelet is an established Swiss brand that seems to be drawn to 2 tone watches in gold and steel. They don't sell in volumes like the majors do. I heard they were okay and had a buddy long ago who owned a unit. He was happy with it and alternated that with a Breitling.

This is just me....I find the Perrelet designs a little too flashy and for this reason, I never followed the brand.

The one I was looking at (1015/B ) was BNIB and US$ 700 less than at BW. Gone now...
