Well, Once again I have over extended my self with collecting, and this time it means some of my babies have to go. I can no longer justify to myself why I should keep TWO Eco-Zillas. so, I Would like your help on deciding which one I should keep, and which one gets the sales boot. I know that the rubber strap one means I can put Walts Adaptors on it,  But the Stainless steel version is Lots more rare, and I picked it up for a song. (and not a very good one since I cant sing!)  Unless someone can make this VERY easy for me and let me know if ANYONE makes adaptors for the stainless steel bracelet version, which would end all discussion. (I LOVE SS bracelets. )
SO, Pro's and Cons, Which one gets your Vote, and at the end of the day, One of them will be posted for sale.  :(

Ronin, you just said it. You love bracelets and like the rarer one in braclet. So do either of these: 1) sell the one on rubber or 2) keep the one on a braceletsubtlelaugh.gifsubtlelaugh.gifsubtlelaugh.gif.

By the way, nothing wrong with having 2 of the same. I'd do the same thing anytime.ThumbsUp02.gif

I love this watch so much I actually had 3 at one point. One rubber and one steel to look at, and one rubber to wear. I do wear the rubber one diving sometimes, I just dont want to get my SS all corroded from being in salt water. I guess I could just add it to my pile of equipment that needs cleaning after a dive, Whats another 2 minutes?
This is such a good watch. one of the ones That no matter what happens to my collection, there will ALWAYS be at least one of them in there.

Absolutely, agree! That's one heck of an idea. ThumbsUp02.gif

Don't worry about the steel corroding, Ronin. Citizen seems to have this well-covered (per the forums) and besides, all that salt goes away when you shower with the watch after the dive. I do that ritual to my reels, swivels, trace, leaders and even sinkers and so far, so good.....15 years running.

I LOVE tha Auto, but I havent seen it in SS. or am I not looking? Im not a bog fan of Titanium.
Let me correct myself. Rare as in, You can find a nice used Rubber Zilla for 150 ish. But You can hardly EVER find a nice used SS Zilla. I would prefer not to pay retail. Not for the amount of wrist time these get.

The Autozilla thoough Ti has the duratect coating not found on the others that lends a SS look to the watch, yet the light weight of Ti. I've had every version. As stated, this blows them all away.

No, they are both solid steel, like I like em. Cant do the Titanium. It just feels like I am gonna break something.

Walt makes two kinds of adapters - his nato adapters will only accept nato straps, but his springbar adapters will allow you to attach anything that can be attached with springbars...

For my money, the 'zilla on rubber strap is much more versatile I had a 'zilla with Walt's springbar adapters and have strapped on everything from nato to silicone straps to think leather handmade straps.

...if you wanted to, you could even put a watchadoo ss bracelet on the springbar adapters. I've seen this look before and it' ain't half bad!

I agree with you on this, however, I have posted the rubber for sale, and decided on keeping the ss bracelet. only becuase I have a thing for heavy ss straps.   I dont believe walt makes adaptors for the SS version, and I found one other company that makes adaptors, and they dont make the ss adaptor either. does ANYONE know if someone makes adaptors for the ss?
