I generally wear it on the mesh.
...it is just a shade over 19mm so I don't know what it would fit if Kazim would be willing to separate one from a watch that is made in small batches...the watch and bracelet are Ti. 
Thanks for the photos and info Oscar. That is a great looking piece, I am sorry i missed out. I am going to have to try a Kazimon sometime soon!
