amazing what modern technology is able to do these days!....on the other hand, the art of hand finishing is going to the wayside with only about a dozen qualified watchmakers who are able to do this type of decoration by hand left...

Amazing what modern watchmaking is becoming but in a way the soul is sucked from it. JMHO!

If I had the buks, I would go for a hand-made just for the soul of it...
But this dial is a beauty I must say and the execution is perfect.
Funny conversion of the 2824-2: There's no limits...

Cool machine and process. At a certain price point, maybe a machine-milled case and dial would be ok. But at the higher price points, it would always be great to have them hand-made. Thumbsup3.gif
