Try getting a big name brand to answer an email to you!! Well, it can happen...Even we could not considerate ALPINA/Frederique Constant as a huge brand, they are still not so little and I experienced a first class communication with Mathieu Ganivet, them after-sales-manager who sent me a bracelet for my Alpina Regulator...
