Don't be "put off" by the "1-inch" marker which makes the watch appear small.  I inguired and it is a full 40mm in diameter and 10mm thick.  My only problem with it is the very nice, but integrated, bracelet which will prevent alternat use of a strap!

There is a coupon link for 10% off of your entire Overstock order good through June 30th available here: http://www.ncnatural.com/Resources/Coupons/Overstock.html

I hope it's ok to post links like this here. If not, I'm sorry.

I used it and bought the watch for under $165.00 including shipping. I have been watching this particular Accutron on Overstock for several months. I have seen it priced as high as $249.00. Not a bad deal at that price for a real Swiss Made 2824 with sapphire crystal. I never thought I would be able to pick one up for under $165.00. :D This is my third Accutron from Overstock. I have been very pleased with my other two. While they aren't as large as some of the other watches in my collection, I find that I like them just as much. Sometimes I just don't feel like lugging around a really large watch, and these fit those occasions to a T.

Since I am new to the forum, what is the reputation of Accutrons around here? In my opinion, their price to quality ratio is first rate, especially at the prices I find at Overstock.

By the way, Bulova will honor the two year extended USA warranty on these if you send them a letter asking for it and a copy of your Overstock receipt. At least they did for the two I already purchased at Overstock earlier this year. I was surprised, since I figured that Overstock probably wasn't an authorized dealer for Accutrons.

I do not know, but there is no reason for it not to be...........I just think that integrated bracelets and straps (a lot of rubber straps are integrated) are a PIA when it comes to replacement.

Interesting watch and price to start a collection or just to have a good watch for the price of a quartz.
