My brother shattered a sapphire crystal on a watch I gave him and I sent it off.  I got a reply letter and it stated that a domed sapphire Crystal, cleaning the movement, and shipping is a grand total of $20.  I can handle that.  I know I am involved in the watch industry but that is a good price if I ever herd one.  Nice to be able to report good things some times.

Croton is a Pleasure to Deal with on CS issues...my experience was as Pleasant....Kudos to Croton I wish they would rejoin TT at WSS

I've never been crazy about most of their watches, but I do own a couple. You simply can't beat a lifetime guarantee. No way in H-E-L-L Invicta would or could ever extend that kind of offer to its customers.

I have had excellent service from Croton. Quick replies to my emails and they fixed my problem both times. I had a broken clasp, and a problem with bracelet sizing.
