Paisano... Should be a tear off form at the bottom of your invoice. It has a PAID mailing label to use. They then charge you $6 when you return an item. (Either charge your account or your credit card. On the back of the tear part is the Return Form which you need to fill out COMPLETELY. If you don't see this or can't find it, email me and I will give you the email & phone number for their CS department. Let me remind you that they may not take it back. They may not give you credit for squat. They're loverly people who don't care what you say. They don't care it's within 30 days. Have know those who have gone to the President's office with the following results: a couple okay's, the rest: tough luck, fella. I am NOT kidding about any of this. It's happened to people I know. I did not read all of the responses but call down to FL to SWI if you can not get any where with slop. Insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results. It will work out.:D |

T, Supposedly if the watch is "damaged" or otherwise non working THEY will absorb the shipping cost. If the watch is being returned for simple "Did Not Like" reasons they nail you.
