Hello all. I are new to this site and really like it so far. I have a Locman watch that I have had for many years. I purchased it new on an impulse buy 15-20 years ago. It is very unique and has only been actually worn a few times.

I would love some information if anyone has it on the value of the watch, general info about it, etc. Here are the pictures I took. Please note -  I CAN NOT take watch pictures like you guys, lol!!!!

Thanks in advance for any info!

EBS...Welcome Aboard Buddy That is a Awesome Timepiece and What You have there would fit in with the timeframe of Purchase as Locman came into existance in 1986 and the Radica Collection which You have Pictiured was 1st introduced in 1987 and is considerened "Collectible" as Locman no longer uses wooden bezels! This the 1st I have seen other than in Mags and it is absolutely Awesome and also a Chronograph...which to date I have only seen 3 Handers of this model :) I will do a little research for you and let you know as far as value!.this model is also being Replicated due to it's collectibility so any original paperwork or boxes will only add to it's authenticity and value.....That is a Fine Looking Watch...Congrats on a Sweet Impulse Buy Hello all. I are new to this site and really like it so far. the back of mine (and on the front) says

Locman
Milano
isola D'Elba (in script)
No 04146

Around the outside of the back it says: case handmade in Italy - Swiss Technology - Stainless Steel Back - Automatic Movement

On the back of the leather band is stampe in the leather "LOCMAN Milano"

found this on the internet

Founded in 1986 on picture-postcard-charming Elba, off the coast of Italy, Locman made its debut with the incomparable Radica Collection. Thirty-six unusual models featuring bezels fashioned from exotic, 300-year-old wood now comprise the Isola D’Elba and Giannutri Collections

Current company site I think is http://www.locman.it/collezioni/latin_lover.php

OK here is some more info. I did a little searching and I still have the original leather case and books that came with it. I was actually using the leather case as a check holder, lol, but not anymore. I love the automatic wind up and how you can hear and feel it winding as you move your arm around with it on.

Thanks for all the info about it you guys are posting. Here are a bunch more pictures of everything i could find.

It's really hard to tell from the pics: Does the watch have a model number or model name?

Well, I did some searching around on Google and ebay, no luck w/ either coming up w/ any information, sorry :?

Absolutely beautiful watch though, wear it in good health. If you are going to sell it, I would definitely see about maybe paying for an appraisal, you seem to have a rare one there!

not to sound silly, but where would I get an appraisal for the watch if noone has any info on it. Do you (or anyone) have any advice on where I can get an appraisal.

thanks!
