As one who is always looking to charge up the lumn on my watches, I can strongly recommend this flashlight (or torch). You can get one from surpluscomputers.com for a mere $13.99 with FREE shipping! Or, get a two pack for $25.99. Includes batteries too! I bought a titanium and a red one. The ultra-bright 24 LED's charge my watches like nothing I have ever tried. In fact, the light is so bright you can't really look at it up close. You can place the flashlight right over the bezel of even my 45mm Russian Aviator watches. The flashlight is about 4" tall. Runs on three AAA batteries. Snag one from: http://www.surpluscomputers.com/store/main.aspx?p=ItemDetail&item=CES11043 ![]() ![]()

Your post reminded me I wanted to find a source to replace the missing luminescent stufff on the hands of an old alarm clock ... So I went to the web and found this ... in case anyone is interested. http://www.tztoolshop.com/FB_Catalog_Bench-top_Accessories.html My antique clock will make a trip to the watch/clock repair place BTW ... I'm not that adventurous. Last edited on Thu Aug 17th, 2006 11:44 pm by SIRoadrunner |

The LED's don't produce any noticeable heat. And, all 24 LED's run off of just three AAA batteries. Very efficient. SUPER bright light.
