In side Acutron 2824 auto. Metal spacers and no nylon with a Swiss ETA 2824-2. You can even see the corner of the back of the brass dial not a bad piece at all.

It takes a 24mm strap so there are a lot of straps out there. It seems like a solid piece to me. Here is a wrist shot
