When I have watches returned to me for simple servicing, I always tell them never to include the box. It just gets confusing.

O.,
I have sent watches back to a number of places for repair such as Overstock.com, SWI, Croton, Invicta, Seiko, etc. They almost always tell you not include to the box.

I have no love for Invicta's crappy service. So, just send what is required for the repair. Nothing else.

So, the net result of all of this (for newbie's) is:

Don't send your box in with your watch for repair.
