Maybe a dumb question but, just how does the dial get scratched?? Was somebody playing around in there? Or just an insignificant Mfgs. defect that in no way affects the mechanics of the watch.

Just an assumption on my part Eric...I may be in for a big surprise. My thoughts were to contact Gevril direct if the scratch is a big problem and see what they say.

Same question here, tho I like the Sea Cloud, its a very cool watch at that price id live with it for a while.
