The S1 is back. Description says its a 21 Jewel Swiss movement. I dunno about that. The new Lupah for Ken C has a unique light-up backlit dial. The Black Russian is... Well, black. Attachment: invnew.jpg (Downloaded 49 times)

how does a company offer a swiss COSC timepiece for $138? is this a mistake? should we all buy one before they realized they messed up? or is there something i am missing? absolute minimum for a swiss made COSC watch, even from Invicta, wouldn't be less than $500.

Invicta Men's S1 Racing Team Stainless Steel Automatic Bracelet Watch Choices: Black, rose-tone or two-tone bracelet A genuine COSC (translation: Contrôle Officiel Suisse des Chronomètres) timepiece. In other words, a masterpiece, since COSC is the ultimate in Swiss watch certification. And the Admiral has earned it. Clean lines and sharp details make this understated timepiece as crisp as dress whites and sturdy as a steel hull. On watery expeditions large and small—to the beach, pool, or boat—rest assured this watch is as seaworthy as its name, with 100 meter water resistance and a screw-down solid stainless case that keeps moisture out. Twenty-six jewels, Tritnite® luminous hands and your choice of a black or cobalt face keep this watch firmly in the officer’s club. Each Admiral comes with its own COSC certificate. We suggest you frame it. This athletic design features a round stainless steel case with a unidirectional rotating bezel. The round dial houses hour markers at all positions except 12:00 and 3:00. There is an Arabic numeral at 12:00 and a magnified date window at 3:00.

I caught that too---I was actually looking at the 2-tone, but I wonder if any eventual clearance price would be better than the intro price---if there are any left.

Here is the text: Ready, willing and able sums up the S1 Automatic very nicely. This watch has some serious abilities, including a 40mm surgical grade solid stainless steel (316 L) case, 21-jewel Swiss movement, and anti-reflective crystal with magnifier and unidirectional turning bezel. Oh, and did we mention its sporting appearance, diver buckle and the fact that it’s water resistant to 200 meters? The S1 Automatic: a brilliant timepiece that fully lives up to its potential, and then some. J171545 Retail value: $275.00 Intro price: $139.95 BUY NOW
