Whats the average turn around time for warranty service? sent in the yaeger sector to have the winder fixed. when I got the watch it worked but was hard as hell to turn. so far, they contacted me and said there watch man was assessing the watch.

2 to 4 weeks would be average I would think.  Depends on the size and # of watch makers.  My Kobolt took 2 weeks to get a new sapphire crystal, refinish the case and replace the crown after I threw it across the room after the crystal shattered not a real fan of sapphire on real tool watches.

You threw your KOBOLD across the room  thus causing damage to the crystal  ,case and crown and all was well within  2 weeks!~!!!Hard to believe!!

No I broke the crystal on a work trip and got pissed and tossed it across the room and broke the crown they fixed it in 2 weeks.  I only had one reserve watch and that was a Oceanaut and it worked perfectly.
