This is my Orbita that I have had for years and enjoy all of them.  They are reliable and do not shorten the service intervals.  They are also very quiet and batteries last for a couple years if you leave it on year round.












Not all Made in U.S.A., unless Austria became a new annex.  At least it is not China




But then again my watches have there own box so I guess the winder could roar like a train and I would never know.

Cool :)  I've ventured along the same lines to try to fix a noisy Orbita....didn't get quite as far as you though....just might have to try to get to those wheel gears....

Thanks, use a silicon lube if the noise ends then you can replace the gears.  The silicon lube is a quick way with out measuring the face of the gears and gap.  It also buys you the time to get the gears and do the replacement.  Thanks again
