I contacted Brenda at martinbraunusa and asked about my watch today and and she said she would talk to the watchmaker and get back with me. 15 mins. later, the watchmaker calls me and says that the watch was checked but needed more info on the problem so I tell him about the gritty winder and the hard turning. He puts me on hold for a couple of mins. then tells me the watch will be fixed and shipped by the end of the week.

Now thats customer service. will post pics of this fantastic watch on the wrist as soon as its back.:D
