Is a Seiko lady's kinetic worth getting repaired?

The watch was purchased in Saudi Arabia 7 years ago and the rotor came apart and banged around in the case. Should I just throw it out?

I would say......take it in for a repair estimate............then make your decision based on time, trouble and dollars!

New movement installed is $100, probably not worth it, so chucking it would be recommendation.

I would toss it unless it has some serious stones on it (i.e. diamonds, etc.). Otherwise it isn't worth fixing. New Kinetic models have twice the run time on a charge or more.
