At 11:54AM, MST, I received a call (not a postcard) from EC (my rep to whom I spoke) at the Hamilton Authorized Repair Center in Clearwater, Florida.  She verified that she had received my Hamilton Khaki Aviation Chrono last Thursday.  She stated that it had been signed in and registered for warranty work.  She stated that they would soon be looking at it to ascertain the problem and to repair it.  I was told it may be 4 to 6 weeks, depending on what is wrong, and that they will notify me when it is shipped.:-)   Yes, Virginia, there is a warranty agreement between TJ MAXX and Hamilton.

Yes, there certainly is.  I also contacted the Sales Coordinator at Hamilton and she also confirmed the agreement.  I asked her to contact the Service Center in Secaucus, NJ, who has since agreed that they will provide warranty work on Hamilton watches purchased from TJ Maxx.  Mine has been in the Service center since June.  It is supposed to get shipped today or tomorrow via FedEx. I think it was a case of Hamilton's left hand not knowing what their right hand was doing.
