Overstock has this Croton model marked down to $55.99. With a 10% off coupon and $1 shipping it is a steal. Yeah, the rubber strap doesn't go exacty with the style of the watch, but it is easily replaced. At one time, I had this watch and really liked it. So, I bought it again. The lumn on this puppy is tremendous. Way better than you'd expect from a Croton.

The dual deployant clasp is 20mm, same as the strap, so it won't fit most 20mm replacement straps. It will fit your 22mm's though. Considering a dual deployant clasp runs about $25, how can you lose with this deal?

Oscar,

Actually this is a different watch. To my knowledge, Overstock.com has had an exclusive on this model for quite some time. The watch actually hit $199 at one point with the black dial.

The model that shopnbc sold was a larger case (42mm) and came with 4 different colored
22mm cloth straps. It became known as the UPS watch due to its brown center spot on the dial. It was also a good watch.

This model is a 40mm case and it comes in silver or black. Strap is a 20mm from end to end (unusual). For $52, you can't beat it.cat28.gif

OVERSTOCK'S price is now $49.99 on this watch. It's an even better bargain now. That is the lowest price I have ever seen for this model.

I bought mine a couple of years ago (white face) from Heartland for $99.  Great watch, but I get condensation on the inside of the crystal with temp changes, so don't wear it anymore.  E-mailed Croton twice to see about getting it repaired with no response.  :(

That is the first I've heard that Croton failed to reply to an email. Usually, they are pretty good. But, it doesn't mean they are perfect. When I bought my first silver one, the clasp didn't work right. So, I emailed Croton and they sent me a new one.

I'll try e-mailing again -- good to know they've been responsive in the past.
