I have a bunch of the older model. It was a great bargain and in spite of its failings and flaws, it was/is a well designed box. Especially for large watches. Only thing that would make it better would be better quality construction and a glass top. Retail is again set at $149.95. Most likely that will drop after the holidays if they have any left. Had more than my share of problems with those!...the best boxes I own came from WSS/TT for $129. and are 24 slot and can hold a 60mm Watch w/room to spare...TT is bringing those back to SAHhand6.gif http://www.timetechtalk.com/view_topic.php?id=1204&forum_id=2

>>Had more than my share of problems with those!<< Me too! However, I took them apart and reglued everything. The construction underneath the pillow holder(s) was pitiful. But, once I re-did them all, they have been fine ever since. I know the hinges broke or came out on some. Fixed that too. Dispite the crappy construction, it was a good design to begin with. cat28.gif
