Looks outstanding in evey way. How about some comments on f & f  and any overall impressions. I would love to see the caseback, too. Looks like they hit it out of the park with the dial, indices, hands and the blazing lume. Great work from all involved and many thanks for it!!

I am ready to have a great FESTIVUS.

Happy Festivus one and all -

A few (I hope) positive points for you:

Warranty:

Your Orsa 3T will come with:

1.  Warrany paper

The warranty is for 12 months, and is transferable to the first "secondary" purchaser (if that makes sense).   Should you decide to sell your Orsa within the first year of ownership, the remainder of the warranty will be transfered to the new purchaser.  The new purchaser need only send us the original warranty paper, and the ownership transfer card and a new warranty will be issued in the new owners name for the remainder of the warranty period.  Important:  ALL Orsa 3Ts will have warranty papers filled out for the specific purchaser - if this is a gift, please tell us so that we can fill out the warranty papers accordingly.

2.  Ownership transfer paper

Required by "secondary" purchaser to transfer the warranty

3.  Dial Signature Voucher

We realize that not everyone wants a custom signature on their dial such as the one we provided Oscar, and we wanted to be certain we could get as many pieces out before the 20th of December as possible.  So to ensure that we do not hit any more delays, the first 15 orders we receive will receive a FREE signature upgrade card.  Simply fill out the card with the signature you would like, send it and your watch to our service center in AZ (Kent Parks), and we will take care of this for you.  The turn-around time for this is approximately 2 weeks, and we can begin to start doing the signatures after the first of the new year.  For those of you who would like to order the signature in advance, we CAN NOT guarantee that your signature watch will be ready before the Christmas holiday.

4.  Various goodies

What's Festivus without some fun?!

There will be more later tonight, but that's it for now!

I have been staring at the "Festivus" for hours now...and the tinyest amount of light makes it glow like a Beacon and is a perfect 3T Glow that  doesn't fade!hand6.gif It is a very mellow 3T green and the sig and 3T appear much larger in the pics...it is very well balanced and the new buckle is not only signed Orsa as in the past but says Sea Angler as well...a very nice touch!...I will take a pic watch2.gifYou will swear it has gas tubes!cool10.gifI hope the weather gets better so I can take some wrist shots in the morningwatch2.gif

Hello all,

As Oscar stated in an earlier post, he is putting together the order list for us, and we will be contacting you directly at that point with payment info. and delivery dates.

In talking with Oscar, we also realized that there were some people who might want a 3T Sea Angler, but needed some time to pull together funds. We have set-aside approximately 5 - 10 pieces for this. It works much the way Mesr. Breguet worked with his "subscription" watch. You can reserve one with 1/3 down. Your watch will need to be paid for within 60 days. Once it is paid for in full, we will ship it to you. If you were an "early bird" with a commitment to Oscar and looking for a specific number, this will not impact the number that you receive. Again, we have only initially set-aside ten (10) pieces for this deposit/payment plan option - there might be the possibility for more, but this is the ouline for now.

One last comment on signatures for dials as we want to be certain that there are no misunderstandings on this offer - it is for the first 15 purchasers - be they "paid in full at order time" or subscription payment plans, we CANNOT guarantee delivery of a 3T Sea Angler with a custom signature before the Christmas holidays hit. Please know and believe that we would love to turn everything around very quickly, but we are working with two (2) different vendors to get the signature part of the dial done, and they have already disrupted 3 other orders to get ALL of our 3T dials done this past week. I am most likely out of special favors with them, so please be patient if you are one of the first 15 orders and would like a signature. The only thing it will cost you is time waiting.
Again, if you would like your Sea Angler more promptly, let us know and we will provide you with the signature voucher card with your Sea Angler for a later signature up-grade.

James,

Will these be electronic invoices or snail mail?  I figured this was a general question.

Thanks,

Hi Ken -

They are via PayPal - i.e. electronic. Martin Berger and I both agree that PayPal is THE safest way to process payments available.

Please feel free to post any questions, or ask me directly via email - both Martin and I are here to help!

I hope that you and everyone in 3T Land are enjoying your weekends.

Hey PAX, I have just been enjoying watching UCLA upset USC.......and am hanging on pins & needles hoping that the Gators don't have their usual 2nd half nap time against Arkansas.....it could mean a Florida v Ohio Bowl!!!!!!

Hey, that's it, I want a Blue dial ORSA with Orange hands!

GO GATORS!

Thanks CJ............I hope they get a shot at it, although I'm not sure anybody can beat Ohio....that said, upsets happen all the time.  Hey, the Gators backed into a National Championship in 1997...why not this year!

Just got to read all of the posts and think that the finished design is worthy of the time spent assembling and modifying the pieces.  Thanks to James and Martin and I hope to be seeing mine soon.  I do have one question, the luminous markers on the dial of the 3T seem to be a similar cut and applied as the silver surfer, do all of the Orsas have similar type of cut and applied markers or did the same Co. do the dial modifications?

Thanks for the message - in fact two different dial companies were involved, and thery were working with our original black dial. When I came on board with Orsa, the first order of business was to do a customer survey of current Orsa owners - and one of the single biggest issues was the quality of the lume. Although the loom on the Silver Surfer appears to be better than the original black and orange Sea Angler dials. Although the lume on the original is comparable to the previous products, we wanted something special. The lume color is similar to the original, but I can assure you that the actual finished 3T dial is night and day to the previous models. It took more time and more money in development, but it was TOTALLY worth it to see Oscar's finished watch.

Hi All -

We haven't forgotten you! As soon as we have the list of purchasers, invoices will go out right away. I know that there was some particularly heavy weather in Northern Ohio, so Oscar might not be able to email for awhile. Don't worry, no watches wiill go out until the first 11 are taken care of!
