Is watching Tim Temple considered educational TV? My daughters were watching the watch show and reading watch magazines, and they all have there own watches even at age 2, can that be considered educational TV? Breaking them into the business early I guess, one day you wake up and realize that you are just like your dad, god help us all. |

Both my boys ,( aged 15 and 17) already have about a dozen watches apeice ...they watch SAH occasionally and they discuss watches with their buddies ... of course #1 with them is girls and sports, then school,... like most average boys I would guess |

Eric, I think its a disease we pass on to our progeny... Case in point; my 2 year old daughter has stated she wants a "Dora" watch for Christmas. I'm happy to oblige. My 4 year old son has a "Hot Wheels" watch he will wear every now and then but he's got his eyes on mine... Pax |

I just did a refresh and was delighted to see your two sweeties!! I've seen CJ's boys and they are hardly boys anymore... they are men in the making and damn fine ones too!! And they get CJ's cast offs since he is Yamahaki-like (where is he?) with his OCD but instead of flipping watches... he hands them down... Pax |

That is the one thing about salesman they tend to love the deal as much as the product, and change up often. I use to do the same with houses, as soon as it got done and settled in sell it and build another. I solved the problem by not finishing the one I live in and work on it when I feel like it, which is few and far between. Hell it has been 8 years now and for the last 3 I actually have suppose to have been working on it, but you know priorities. I tended to get a lot more done when I lived in other places and would come home to work on it. |

Tim temple is OK...but for the younger ones, I would recommend a fella by the name of Jim Skelton. He has a way with kids...his goofy smile and quasy-girlie giggle, giggle really gets the kids going. He just communicates on this level that children really appreciate. hand6.gif My son loves it. He used to prefer Blues Clues but somehow got won over by The Mr. Skelton show. No way! Skelton is so suave in that devil may care sort of James bond in leather and diamonds kinda way. Face it, the guy has Pizazz! He's got class! And he has his own "talk show" too! Yeah, he greets his guests/cohosts with that Jay Lenoesque feel. I think his knowledge of timepieces is just out of this world. His taste, is the best taste. All other opinions are just misinformed. I like that he has watches "made" just for him...designed by him etc. Really neat!!!!:P |

ROTFLMAO!! :D:D:D Eric has the right to the conviction of his beliefs but methinks I sense a wee bit of sarcasm in his tone... If not, he's been in the Kool-Aid and he'll be posting his latest arrival... a gun metal Wildebeast with leather accents on the bracelet... Pax |

Hey Pax! I am waiting on that snazzy Jim "Liberace" Skelton model by renato. It features: Custom disco ball cut dial, polyester inspired white Travolta-strap Nato, and hands cut from actual Bee Gees soundtrack LP vinyl!!! Can't leave out the diamond encrusted hour markers. Very classy!hand6.gif Not only that! But it comes with a signed picture of JS and the entire history of how he made it from meager beginnings in the back of some musky cigar shop, to hawking DOA timepieces for Slop!!! It's a must read!!!!! smile8.gif Paxman wrote: ROTFLMAO!! :D:D:D |
