And in retrospect it is somewhat amusing, particlarly Orsa's inability to follow through on not only this project, but also the delivery of the complete Silver Surfer. Their amateurish business practices have served them for some three years now but I don't believe they are going much further. I do think the 3T Festivus fiasco may be the last gasp of an insolvent and soon to be no more company.

It is sad to think that if the project had been managed by someone with a modicum of project management experience, Orsa could have turned out a beautiful watch and had a plethora of advertisers. We tend to photograph and talk about our watches and had the project not been a farce due to the inexperience and unscrupulousness of Orsa's representative the 3T Festivus could have been the beginning of Orsa's collaboration with any number of forums seeking a custom diver. this may have saved the company.

I remeber CJ posing on WUS that he had read Orsa had some question marks... he was labelled a rumor monger... perhaps he was just a visonary or a man who does his homework. I was fairly vocal about my concerns early on in the project but I was playing devil's advocate and looking at it from the perspective that we might be dealing with cash hungry swine, prepared to say anything to get a few ducats into their pockets. I am sad it panned out this way.

Well now Orsa is leterlally taking a hit. Someone is out at least $6300 for 10 watches and who knows how many more would have sold. I can only hope JS Henderson is holding the bag and that he owes someone for componnents. May be he wants to buy one of my Midos...NOT!!!

This has been a great learning expereience for al involved. I want to continually reiterate no fault lies with our own Oscar or Kent Parks who was used by JS Henderson. I know Oscar has put great effort into the porject and I am certain Kent attempted to make a purse outr of a pig's ear. These gentlemen surely deserve much respect and thanks and I again give both...

I have made it a priority to let other WIS know of Orsa's lack of ethics and honor and will continue to do so. I am pained by the fact i love my Sea angler while now hating it as well...

3T Brothas Forever!!

Pax

I wish I could have said I read all of the posts, but a wise person once told me that if it is over a few inches long it is not about watches and leave it alone, keeps me from fucking up little bitch boys over at WUS or any of those other little smart ass punks that think they know how to play the fucking game.

Enough of that, did everyone here know that James is a guidance counselor, that is funny.

To James and Martin I would stay away from the Euro circuit.  We have all we need to know, of you and your company.  No one is that slow to not know that every piece of info would have been gathered from the order and  applications of credit.  Everyone in the business knows these things, that is why people that do not measure up have to run to China, I would suggest you go there.  The watch industry and International Banking are one in the same boys, I would tread lightly.

God, it feels good to be me this one time, I may just try this more often.

It's a shame that Orsa and James wouldn't budge a bit on Price or shipping after all the Delays and anquish we were put through! I am still in denial that these guys would not bend an inch or even stick to the original plan from day one!..it really was a sweet Watch hand6.gif...but then when you get a basket of promises it's usually empty! cat28.gifWell said Pax...and Eric...Give em' Hell anytime you like!!! Dave(daanbc) actually helped break the discrepancy that proved James true intentions were not honorable...Great Job Dave!hand6.gif
