I have two bracelets to re size. I would like to do this myself. Any suggestions as to what sort of tools and a reputable vendor would be appreciated. Thanks Tom |

I use the black pin remover II ($10) from internationalwatchman.com and it works well for me. You might also want to pick up a universal spring bar tool at the same time. It's not that difficult to do. |

Don't go cheap on your watch tools. I have one of those cheap $10 pin tools and it gets the job done but I would definately buy one of those smaller, slightly more expensive ones. Every cheap watch tool I bought I replaced with better ones I should of bought in the first place. I bought a couple of Bergeon screwdrivers and the all metal Bergeon springbar tool and it's ridiculous how much better they work than the cheapies. sorry i didn't get back to this sooner. to answer some of the questions the bracelets use friction pins Thanks all for the advice. i must admit there is something to be said for buying the best tools you can afford. thanks again tom |
