Tony,

Overstock had just about every model in every color. At one point during one of their 15% off all watches sales, the prices of some dropped well below the $200 mark. Like $179, etc. Then they sort of faded away for awhile.

Oscar,

Take a look at Bodying.com - every single price is at the highest end of the price range for that particular watch.  They sell Seiko Spirits for about 150% what you can get them direct from Japan.  Interesting business model - sell hard to find watches at higher than typical prices............

Just using it as an example Doc to point out that not everyone is a WIS and has forum knowledge when a certain model is discounted so low that everyone on the boards buys onehand6.gif Same with shopping shows...the percentage of Forum WIS watching is very low....matter of fact many 3T members never heard of Slopnbc or TT before hearing it on 3T or another forum ...which there may only be as many as 5 forums even bringing up the topic of shopping shows!coyote2.gif WIS are quite an Elite group who search out deals on watches and then shares them with fellow WIScat28.gif:) Oscar,
