Ya know, i havent paid enuff wrist time to the good ole ecozilla in a while and just noticed/remembered how great the lume is..Must be the best lume on most any watch ever....What compound do they use in it anyway...Man its crazy how bright it is, nothing like it..

My guess is Seiko and Citizen have a propriatary lume exclusive to there watches...maybe I am wrong, but at least on the Citizens, I have never seen the cool blue hue that most have when lit uphand6.gif

Th Ecozilla is the brightest Blue I have seen on any watch, period.Than the Dot at 12 is super bright green, I have superluminova watches and they are not near this bright....Can wait to get My New Ball with Tubes to see that one..

Here is a pair of shots of the EZ and BM, from what I have read is that it is SuperLuminova but it is the amount that is used that makes the differnces in the Brightness and the Time,   I know that from the BM dials that I customized an played with it is on thick about 1/2 thick as a dime.   I digress.  Bright enought to keep the "gremlins away"  with the bright lights..

 That Orsa looks pretty nice but for Lume there is no comparison to Tritium All of the Superluminova I have seen none come close and the key factor they do not stay brite very long. just my 2 cents
