They have got to be kidding me...I came home to a FedEx door tag today, it is my birthday present (Zodiac Oceanaire).  When I called to arrange re-delivery and ask them to come when I get home from work on Friday, they refused!!!!  Needless to say I got a bit annoyed with the CS person.  She told me 1 o'clock, give or take a half hour.  I had to give an alternate address for delivery since I can't take a day off to get the package as much as I would like to!  I have never had this happen before.  It is also the reason I never use FedEx if I can help it, the local facility is 15 miles away.  Give me USPS (post office is only 2 min away) or UPS since they deliver to my residential neighborhood after 4pm.

Customer Service...yeah right, they can kiss my ...

Cheers,
Griff

do yourself a favor and sign the release form, then check the box to keep it on file; that way, they'll always just 'drop' the package.

For some reason they won't do that with this package, it is  "different" from the usual FedEx.  I have my release form on file but they wouldn't honor it for this package :X

Happy Birthday and F Fed Ex.

I am well known the clowns working in my local facility.

Let's just say I've been in their facility and helped pick through the Christmas mess most recently...
