Anyone here have an Aristo pilot?  If so how is the quality?  Am I better off with an Archimede?  I'm partial to the Damasko DA36 but it's a bit out of what I should be spending due to my impending closing on my new house.  Funds are tight but I need my watch fix, you guys can understand.

Ask e.avery. I sold him an Aristo. There a very solid watch. The other, Archimede is good also. Kind of a toss up there.

I have an Archimede 42mm pilot and am very satisfied with it.  The only comment I have on it, is the slightly odd lug size of 21mm apparently as a 20mm is a little loose and 22mm would have to squeeze.

You, guys, may already know this, but the ARISTO model advertised as "Арuсто" on the Gnomon watches is named that beacause it uses a russian Molnija (Lightning) movement.  Арuсто is Aristo in Russian.  Thought I'd clear it up for those who didn't know.

I am hearing rumors that Archimede  doesn't ship gummy bears with their watches anymore.  This might be a deal breaker!

Ok, I'll throw my two cents in. Go to http://www.4abnet.com/ and check out these watches. You need to click on the email us to get the price on the Glycines (its $455). The Glycine Combat 43mm is a darn nice watch. I am not familiar with the other brand on the left. It sells for $499.
