Since the 3T should arrive any day now,

A Stowa, still undecided between Seatime and Pro Diver, but the new Carbon Seatime on Bracelet is hand6.gif

(Picture stolen from Stowa)

And then it's time to start saving up for a real (as in genuine) Submariner!!!

Really only expecting three more purchases this year.

1) Stingray 50 from Bill Yoa is supposed to ship July 27th (already paid for)

2) PRS-20 LE should be finished very soon most likely by the end of the month.

3) PRS-50 LE should ship late June to Early July if we are lucky. Eddie says all he needs is the dials and assembly.

Thats about it but one never knows.

Started the year (well technically last year - Christmas) with Marathon SAR-D, then the Timex Automatic for dressier wear (but still looking for a good bracelet for it, the stock one is not the best).  Next was the Zodiac Oceanaire, O&W M6 (which I never got, more on that later), Citizen NY0040, Sandoz Sub for mods, Seiko SNA225 chrono, and last but not least the Orsa 3T Sea Angler for which I am waiting.
The main thing I wanted to do this year was get some watches serviced/customized.  Kent Parks did a lume job on my Poljot "Polhart" chrono and currently has my Seiko Bullhead.  Duarte did the customization of the Sandoz, now "Tudor" with snowflake hands and a Bund dial.  He also bead blasted my Seiko 6309.  Bob Thayer has my Seiko 6105 for cleanup.  I still have a few to do, relume of the 6309, Vostok Radio Room and Seiko SKXA35 (Yao plongeur hands to be relumed to match Seiko light green lume).  I have a Sturmanskie 3133 that needs regulation bad, the previous owner tried to adjust it and must have moved the balance stud since it is all over the place timekeeping wise.  I also have a Seiko 6139 "helmet" that needs movement work.  I am still on the fence whether to try to get it fixed or just sell it.

As for the O&W M6, I wanted it with sapphire/no cyclops.  Unfortunately, O&W has stopped making that particular variation.  So I decided that I am going to get a "real" GMT instead, stay tuned :D

Except for straps, that will probably do it for awhile!

Cheers,
Griff

I already did a massive buy this year, but there is one more I'm looking at. A Tag Heuer Aquagraph.

I wish I could go a whole year without buying a watch!!

Then I could give the ones that I already own the wrist time they deserve.

Like THAT'S gonna happen!!boy10.gif

Not only have I gone over my watch budget until the next decade, I keep finding ones that I want.  Not that there are any enablers around here! LOL!
Once the next ones come (Ti Sammy, Bullhead back from Kent, 6105 back from Bob Thayer and an O7 Bezel swap from Duarte) I am going for an Airplane diver, and that is it!!!

Cheers,
Griff

Well, nothing in particular...

The new Breitling SO Heritage diver is sweet, as is the Longines Heritage diver.

And there is my ongoing hunt for THE 3-6-9 chrono (And it should not have "Speedmaster" or "Navitimer" on the dial)

If you get a Sharkhunter, you won't regret it - fantastic timepiece and love the cushion style case.  Doxa's customer service is better than everyone makes it out to be as well, from my experience.
