Just picked up a copy of Norma Buchanan's "The Watch Buff's Book of Trivia."

It's a very interesting read!  Highly recommended.

So, I thought I'd post a few for fun:
  1. If one of the founders of Baume and Mercier had not changed his name, what would the company now be called? (p.118)
  2. Why did one U.S. President instruct an aide to "get rid of" a gold Rolex given to him for his birthday? (p.12)
  3. During his first Presidential campiagn, and his first term in office, Bill Clinton was criticized in the press, and by at least one Swiss watch company for wearing a watch its detrators deemed unworthy of high office.  What watch was it? (p.9)
