Am I being overly suspicious thinking that all these "NOS Omega Mesh Bracelets" are actually reproductions or high quality fakes?? There seems to be an endless supply of them on the Bay and various forums, and I can't imagine how these have been sitting around a warehouse for so long and just now being in such great demand. What do you think?

Given that most of them are coming from two dealers in Oz who both sell real watches and a multitude of other genuine watch parts, yes, I think you're being overly suspicious.

Thanks guys. I guess the fact that the guy in Australia that sells them is also the sole supplier of the much loved Watchadoo style bracelet leads me to think he has some manufacturing abilities in China. If he was simply buying the Watchadoo from a supplier, we would see them being offered by other sellers. He must have a sole supplier contract. Which makes me wonder if the same could be done for a high quality mesh bracelet? Again, this is all suspicion. Either way, I might pick one up as they are the nicest looking mesh I've seen. Thanks for the link Oscar! Have a great weekend fellas.

Mark I would tend to agree with you that some of them are Asian knock-offs based on price alone....that's why I posted the Ofrei OEM bracelethand6.gif I recently bought a Rado OEM bracelet for under $20. from one of the dealers on the bay and although it is an exact version I doubt it is OEM but hey for under $20. I'm not complaining:D
