I took a look at this watch last week while at an A.D., and if they had been willing to discount it further I might have grabbed it. Something about the dial drew me in initially. Then the 7750 got me enthused. The $1295 price tag which we couldn't work under a grand cooled my jets. So what do you think of this Hamilton Jazzmaster Maestro? If you are so inclined, please use the poll at top. Thanks for looking!

Oh yea that baby is nice. The price is no surprise with the pricing and squeeze on Swiss movements right now but more than I would want to pay too. May you will be able to find a sale else where. ;)

I like it!

It has a very nice "clean" look with none of the numbers (except the 12 - can't tell) cut off by sub-dials...it appears to have silvered applied numerals and mostly, I really like watches that do not have the date complication.  It is just somethong else to set and on VAL 77XX movements, easy to screw up the mechanics if you don't do it right!
