I just picked up an Orient with 3 stars on the dial( saturday) It is a midsize watch and very classy with a black face in ss.Also day and date at 3.I agree that a seiko 5 om a steel bracelet might be right up your alley.I have two Seiko 5's but i am not into metal bracelets for the most part. I have the military model and the sport model. Last edited on Mon Jun 25th, 2007 09:13 pm by James Haury |

all great choices for sure...but I'm with Ken on this 1...Tissot PRS516 would be a great watch to break in on imho...Swiss made with an eta movement that hacks and winds w/ a sapphire crystal...all nice features for a new WIS and someone who says they are hard on watcheswatch2.gif Welcome to 3T 1Timehand6.gif

In the $250 range (they may be slightly more now - street price) there is only one watch to buy. Casual enough for jeans and dressy enough for the office...the Swiss Made Tissot PRS516 Automatic. It comes in Blue, black and white dials with an excellent SS bracelet...ETA2824-2 movement, of course. In the world of Swiss Made automatics, I believe that this watch is the biggest bang for the buck you can get!!!hand6.gif![]() ![]()
