Just chiming in to this old thread. I just gave my wife one of these watches for Christmas. Customizing a watch is a great idea for the fashion concious women so I went with green for her(a colour watch she doesn't have yet). It came promptly and in time. The case seems pretty sturdy with 4 screws holding down the back of the case. The Crown is smooth surprisingly, which might make it hard to set but it's neat for her to have a watch with a display back. The colours in real life I thought were better than what the computer program displays on their site. The packaging was a simple retangular box with a display window in it. There is a slight communication concern that I'm chalking up to the time difference between countries. Overall they delivered what they promised for (what I thought) was a reasonable price and back it up with a 2 year warranty. I'm going to get myself one, nice to say you designed your own watch ( to some degree).

Skipdawg!!!!!!!! Welcome back! I purchased one. Smooth transaction. Watch was good. I agree to can probably find much better value in another brand at that price point. I seem to recall they were only making watches in smaller size.
